ExPr is a career discovery video platform for students that features local careers.

We believe that every student should be aware of the career paths that surround them and the best way is through watching community-created videos. Being more aware will help students select a career path that is right for them. We believe the right to awareness belongs to every student regardless of their background.

The content on ExPr is primarily created by amateur videographers. Many of these videos are created by creatives at local companies or by students who take the time to visit them during video internships.

During COVID, ExPr is paid for by corporate sponsors who care about career discovery and workforce development. Students are encouraged to connect with these employers to learn more about the opportunities that may await them after graduation. 

ExPr is developed by Expertise Project, New York State Public Benefit Corporation, with the support of local employers, educators, parents and students who are interested in exploring the local workforce that exists today so we can collectively grow it for tomorrow.
